Returns

Clothings: You have 14 days to return your clothing if you are unhappy with it. The clothing must be returned in its original state and the tags un broken. If tags are broken in anyways, you cannot return the item. We suggest you try on your clothing with the tag on before making a decision if you want to keep the item.

Footwear: You have 14 days to return your shoes, with the exception of Ghettodiva®️ Trainers. It must be in its original state, undamaged and unworn. Shoes cannot be returned if the tags is broken. We have provided paper to place on the floor while you try on your shoes, only when you are satisfied, then you break the tag off.

Ghettodiva®️ Trainers:  if your trainers arrive and it’s not the right size, you can return it for exchange to your right size. There is no refund on these trainers, only exchange. 

Earrings: All earrings are non refundable.

Bling Jewelry: You can return your bling jewelry if you are unhappy with it, however tags must be unbroken and item in its original state to be refunded. 

Electrical/ Electronic goods: You can return your item for an exchange if it's damaged on arrival, for exchange if within 28 days, if it stops working. This exchange policy applies only to electrical goods. We do not do refunds, only exchanges. We do not exchange any items other than electrical. If you need to exchange faulty electrical goods , you will have to pay postage yourself.                            

Wigs:  if you not happy with your wig, return it, IN THE SAME CONDITION YOU BOUGHT IT WITHIN 24Hrs we will refund you your money minus shipping fee. You are responsible for the postage fee back to us. 

Custom made products for you: Anything custom made by us for you, cannot be returned. This includes, clothing, jewelry, and wigs. THE SALE IS FINAL.
